Trick or Treat

We started Halloween off early and visited the Ranching Heritage Center last night for the "period treat." At all of the different cabins, you were given a candy that was from that time in history. For example...hershey kisses originated in 1904 so you got them at the 1910 cabin. Pretty cool. We also got to see some cool things from the past.

An old oil rig...
An old truck... (even older than D.K.'s)

An old train...

We did our real trick or treating tonight, and no UPS man is complete without his package to deliver...

It is hard to see but Case is wearing an actual UPS shipping label. As you can see...he wasn't really into the whole thing...

Go Tech!!

We know...

we are too old to still be doing this. Someday our children are going to be saying, "no...we will not take a picture of you stunting!"

I don't know if they let everybody in the fire truck...or just the cutest fan ever.

This is the official equipment truck for the Tech football team...I think Connor is trying to stow-away for the next out of town game. He absolutely LOVES football games.

What Can Brown Do For You?

Today was our annual "Tricycle Parade" at Kids' Day Out. It is a super crazy day for the teachers, but the kids love it. They dress up in their costumes and go in a parade around the gym. The babies ride in the bye-bye buggy....isn't that the cutest pumpkin ever!

Your "tricycle" can be anything without a motor that you can ride, push, or pull....

We all know the UPS man drives a brown truck!

I know you are surprised...yes Case has his eyes open, although, they both have droopy eyes...it was still very early in the morning!

3 months

It is so true what they say about number two...they don't get anything as good as number one. So only 10 days after my sweet number two had his 3 month birthday, I finally have a picture to show off...of course, Case is sleeping. He hasn't changed in the last 10 days, so I will probably try to get a picture of him with his eyes open tomorrow. He weighed 9 lbs 3 oz this week...we are a little behind what he is "supposed" to weigh by now (10 lb) but the doctor seems to think he is not too far behind and is not worried yet.

Pawpaw's Surprise Visit to Lubbock

Main Man Pawpaw

Ahoy

Connor got a "new" sandbox today. It has already been loved on by Ms. Rhonda's boys (who are now 18) and he couldn't he happier to have it. He has a movie with a boat on it and I think he is starring as the captain! Watch out Uncle Larry. You might have some competition in the boat captian business!

Just Right

There is only one way to know if you got the bath water just right for your baby...
